Privacy notice

This site is small. The only information collected from you is what you choose to send via the enquiry form: name, email, phone, the date and rough location of your event, and a few words about the feeling you are after.

That information is stored in a private database used only to manage your enquiry. It is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone beyond the services needed to run the site: the database that stores it, and the tools that send the confirmation email to you and the notification email to hayley@lafleurbotanica.com.au. The database is hosted outside Australia, in the Asia Pacific region.

We also keep a one-way hashed copy of your IP address with each enquiry so that we can identify abusive form submissions. It cannot be reversed back to your IP and is not shared.

If you want your enquiry deleted, write to hayley@lafleurbotanica.com.au and it will be removed.

This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited, and the Meta pixel so that advertising on Facebook and Instagram can be measured. Both collect aggregated, non-identifying activity such as pages viewed and whether an enquiry form was submitted. Neither receives your name, your email address, your phone number or anything you type into the enquiry form.

Meta may use that activity to measure and target advertising, including showing you advertising elsewhere on Facebook and Instagram. You can turn most of this off in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and browser or device level tracking controls also apply.
